Blake is a Greenwich native, one of six siblings, and a father of four. Blake's parents, his father a prominent Greenwich Hospital physician and his mother an active member of local charities and important town institutions, instilled in Blake a strong emotional connection to Greenwich. Blake loves his hometown and is happy and proud to be working and raising his own children here. Blake's construction and investment background, coupled with his deep affection for Greenwich, set him apart from other agents and gave him a unique and powerful skill set. Blake spent the early years of his career selling television, print, and internet advertising space for companies like SelTel, Crain Communications, and The New York Law Journal. He worked as an advertising sales representative and worked his way up to senior management for national and international sales. During this time, Blake was also involved with a number of start-up business ventures in print and real estate development. In the late 1990s and early 2000s, Blake formed several real estate investment partnerships focused on the Greenwich market. Solidifying his transition to residential real estate, in December 2009, Blake partnered with Joseph Williams and joined the boutique real estate firm Greenwich Fine Properties fully embracing residential real estate sales. Blake attended Greenwich’s North Street and Glenville Elementary Schools, Brunswick School, and Avon Old Farms School.
